the breakfast had a large selection of dishes. it included indian thai and chinese hot dishes. i liked that they offered pancakes french toast and even bloody mary ingredients. the fitness center had adequate equipment including treadmills and a spinning bike
i found the room wasn't very clean upon arrival i asked for it to be cleaned. there were several faults requiring repair such as the dead lock and phone line not working. the shower pressure was also very low. i think the room needs renovating as there were scuffs and even some mould

Our beachfront villa included its own small pool and felt private. the minibar was restocked daily with a variety of drinks and snacks. This was included. boat service to the mainland operated all day and night. the cost for excursions booked on site was good.
i had to wait an hour for the hourly ferry because a prior one was full. they should clarify the boarding process to avoid any misunderstandings. a dedicated hotel shuttle to the city would also be useful.

The staff assisted with excursion bookings efficiently and with good local knowledge. i observed staff frequently cleaning the pool area and maintaining the gardens. staff at the restaurants were generally attentive. This ensured quick service.

i really enjoyed my stay. the staff remembered my name. i appreciated the free water taxi to the mainland that operated 24 hours a day. i spent a lot of time in the outdoor jacuzzi suite (it was very clean).
the pillows were too soft for my preference.

the island location is peaceful. boat transfers to the mainland run frequently. the hotel provides complimentary transport to a nearby island with a beautiful white sand beach (it is worth a visit).

the staff members were responsive to requests. i contacted the front desk about a minor issue in my room. maintenance arrived within 15 minutes and resolved it efficiently (i was impressed).

The staff were friendly and efficient. i especially liked the speedboat trips organized to james bond island. the team at the excursions desk helped organize other trips. the food was amazing!!! breakfast included many fresh options too.
the boat only ran every hour. other people got on ahead of us without bookings.

The resort made transportation very easy. The villa had great food options for everyone. The resort had many things to do, and kept us all very happy.
The beach needed better maintenance, unfortunately. There was quite a bit of plastic and general debris around. It made swimming less enjoyable. I hope they address this.

The boat transfer from the airport went smoothly. A cool towel and refreshments were provided during reception (I found this particularly cute). The all-inclusive package provided good value and access to authentic Thai cuisine on site.
The gym is small, so it was often full.
